You will learn how to prepare tasty meals from high-quality, seasonal foods and how to arrange them attractively on the plate. With your work you will surprise your guests every day anew. As part of a team, you master hectic situations with a cool head and a smile. Of course you have quick hands and are quite quick on your feet.
The hotel rooms are your kingdom. You are responsible for making the guest feel at home in their four walls, taking care of room cleaning, laundry, decorations or the breakfast service. You work closely with the reception and support other colleagues in their tasks. You like contact with people and foreign cultures and always find a competent solution for the guest's concerns.
You take reservations, provide information, handle correspondence and write invoices. In front of and behind the scenes, you look after the hotel guests in the various areas and make sure they have a pleasant stay. You act as a hub and communicate with employees, partners, business people and guests from all over the world. Strong social skills, organisational talent and administrative skills are important prerequisites.
